Tarah Daly is a Senior Scientist for Cognitive Performance Group. She comes to Cognitive Performance Group with a background in human factors engineering. With over nine years of experience in research and development focused on human-centered solutions, Tarah leverages her knowledge of government research in academia and industry to projects designed to improve Warfighter performance. Her specialty areas include research on individual differences, usability and user experience testing, instructional system design methodologies on mobile and mixed platforms, content development for training systems, micro-learning strategies, and evaluating effectiveness of training technologies. She publishes regularly for her Department of Defense clients. Tarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida.
