Helen MacDonald is an Industrial Security professional who partners with CEOs and executives to ensure compliance required by the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA). Having spent more than three decades supporting cleared defense contractors, Helen knows what drives a great Security program. It’s truly partnering with both internal and external customers; it’s having a finger constantly on the pulse of changes in the industry; and it’s knowing how to effectively communicate those changes to both management and personnel in a timely manner.
Helen has been presented the Cogswell Award, conferred by the DCSA in recognition of managing a consistently superior classified Security program. Helen is a co-founder and invited Presenter of the Florida Industrial Security Working Group (FISWG) and past Vice-Chair of the National Classification Management Society (NCMS) #39. In addition to her extensive Industrial Security experience, Helen has completed certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has accomplished Mediation Training in Florida. Helen holds a master’s degree in Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
