Georges Potworowski, Ph.D. is the Director of Innovation and Marketing at Cognitive Performance Group. He has over 20 years of international experience conducting research and building change capacity through training. He uses an interdisciplinary and participative approach to identify, synthesize, assess, and apply data, research, and local knowledge to create or improve processes and products for government, non-profits, and commercial clients.
Dr. Potworowski has led a range of projects, including developing and testing user interfaces that facilitate knowledge exchange between multiple stakeholders, assessing the critical success factors in implementing innovative change initiatives, and designing strategic knowledge and talent management processes to bring a complex intervention to scale.
He has published peer-reviewed articles and chapters on cognitive task analysis, mixed-methods research, professional training, evidence-based management, organizational culture, change capacity, health care transformation, expertise, meta-cognition, decision-making, and wisdom.
